HOW IS MY ORDER GOING TO BE DELIVERED?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REFUND?
- Refunds can take up to 15 business days.

I ORDERED A PRODUCT AND IT HASN’T ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
- We aim to deliver your parcel within 3 business days of dispatch. If your delivery has gone over this period, please contact alofactive@gmail.com

MY DISCOUNT CODE IS NOT WORKING?
- Discount codes are single use only and will not be valid for a second use. Only one discount code can be used at a time. 

WHAT TO DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
- Please email us on alfoactive@gmail.com with your name, order number and an image of the product and we will resolve this for you.
